Steiner Residences Vienna Augarten is in a traditional Viennese residential house in second district close to the beautiful recreational park, Augarten. It is also close to the down town area with extensive public transportation possibilities. Just around the corner is the “Spar” grocery store and many restaurants. Right across the house there are all the necessary accommodation including public parking for a fee of only 5 Euro a day, tram stations, taxi station, grocery store, bakery, and restaurants.


The Apartments are designed and renovated as vacation apartments in June 2017 with the goal to offer utmost comfort. We have included all what one can need for a short and long-term stays in apartments, including free WIFI, Smart-TV, a well equipped kitchen and utensils, safe, hair dryer, and ironing facility. Welcome Drinks, Linens and Towels are included and the final cleaning fee is also included in the prices. We do not offer any stay over cleaning services.

Steiner Residences Vienna Reumannplatz is in a traditional Viennese residential house in tenth district close to the beautiful Anton Park. It is also close to Central Train Station, Belvedere palace and down town area with extensive public transportation possibilities to reach them. Just around the corner starts the Favoriten Shopping Mile with hundreds of shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. Close by there is also a public parking for a fee of 10 Euro per day, or 50 Euro per week, underground, tram, bus and Taxi stations.


The Apartments are designed and renovated as vacation apartments in June 2022 with the goal to offer utmost comfort. We have included all what one can need for a short and long-term stays in apartments, including free WIFI, Smart-TV, a well equipped kitchen and utensils, safe, hair dryer, and ironing facility. Welcome Drinks, Linens and Towels are included and the final cleaning fee is also included in the prices. We do not offer any stay over cleaning services.
